Freedom Health and Fitness is a brand new gym to the Redbank area.
We are a locally owned operated, NO CONTRACT Health and Fitness Centre. Freedom offers state of the art CYBEX cardio, pin & free weight equipment. There is a diverse range of group fitness included in all of our memberships such as Group Power, Group Kick, Boxing, Cross Training, Pilates and ABT. (abs Bottoms & thighs)
We would be happy to sit down and have a discussion about how we can achieve the best results for YOU together and tailor a package to suit those needs. Our highly trained & qualified Freedom coaches are also here to offer their support on your journey. We offer complimentary program consultations every three months with every Freedom membership to help guide you your way to optimum health.

Monday- Friday 9:10am - 11:00pm
Monday - Thursday 5:00pm - 7:00pm
